Production area
The grapes used to produce this wine grow in the eastern part of Verona.
Grape variety
100% Garganega.
Harvest and vinification
The harvest begins at the start of September. The winemaking process aims to accentuate the rich bouquet of these grapes. Light pressing of the grapes is followed by cold maceration and traditional fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow. The nose contains fresh notes of apple and Scotch broom. This is a dry, well-structured wine with good acidity in harmony with the fruity and floral notes on the nose.
