Production area
The vineyards for this wine are located in the temperate southern area of Lake Garda near the Colline Moreniche northwest of Mantua.
Grape variety
100% Pinot Grigio
Harvest and vinification
The harvest starts at the beginning of September. The grapes are pressed gently and cryomacerated. The must is then fermented in steel to draw out the primary aromas of this grape variety.
Tasting notes
Light yellow, with touches of green and straw yellow. Fruity and floral on the nose; elegant, fresh, and mineral on the palate. This wine is elegant and young, perfectly balanced with a rich structure.
