The grapes used to produce this wine grow in the south-eastern area of Lake Garda, in the sunny, hillside town of Custoza.

Trebbiano, Garganega, Cortese, Riesling, Malvasia.

Harvesting begins towards the end of August and the start of September. The winemaking process aims to accentuate the rich bouquet of these grapes. It begins with cold maceration, followed by a light pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation.

Straw yellow, with touches of green. Fresh notes of fruit and flowers on the nose. This is a dry, well-structured wine with good acidity. On the palate we find floral and fruity notes enriched with hints of grass.
