Goes well with first courses based on pasta, risotto, and ravioli, as well as with red meat. Serve with freshwater fish as well (tench, pilchard, etc.).
The vineyards of this bardolino grow in the eastern hills of Lake Garda, in the ‘Riviera of Olives’.

Harvest and vinification
The harvest in mid-September is followed by about 10-12 days of maceration. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in cement tanks.
A bright ruby red in colour, the nose presents notes of red berries and spices. A good consistency, round and soft on the palate.
